. Each of our two king bedrooms features an adjoining bathroom and sliding patio doors leading to the expansive back deck, where you can soak in the panoramic lake views.

 Our spacious retreat also includes a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with large picture windows overlooking Beaver Lake. Cozy up by the indoor fire

      The maximum occupancy for our rental is 6 guests.  

      Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.

      Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Washer/Dryer.

      No, to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, we've updated our policy and are no longer able to accommodate pets at our property.  We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with a relaxing stay.  Service Animals are allowed; emotional support animals are not allowed.

      We provide Wi-Fi access for our guests' convenience. While we strive to maintain a reliable connection, please note that occasional disruptions may occur, particularly during inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. 

      Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM  

       

      Our home does not have a dedicated workspace. However, we have several comfortable areas where you can work, such as:

      • Dining Table: Our spacious dining table can be used as a temporary workspace, providing ample room for your laptop and other work materials.
      • Living Room: The living room has a cozy setup with comfortable seating and good lighting, suitable for working on your laptop.
      • Wi-Fi: We offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house to ensure you can stay connected and productive.
      • Spare Monitor: There is a spare monitor in the primary closet that can be connected to your laptop with an HDMI cable. (HDMI cable provided; laptop not provided)

      While we don’t have a specific room dedicated to working, we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can get your work done. 

      We want to ensure that your stay at our property is enjoyable and comfortable. Please note that our basement area is currently unfinished and is not accessible to guests during their stay. However, the lower patio outside the home is accessible and available for your enjoyment. Rest assured, no construction work is taking place at this time, and the unfinished basement will not impact your experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding.
