Smoking (of any kind) is not permitted inside the house. We kindly ask all guests to smoke outdoors and to properly dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers. Thank you for helping us maintain a smoke-free environment for everyone's enjoyment.      

We have a strict no parties or events policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

We have a strict no pet policy.  Service animals are allowed, emotional support animals are not. 

Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made. 

The maximum number of guests is 6. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.  

Please treat our home with respect and care. Report any damages or issues immediately. 

Feel free to use the kitchen during your stay. To ensure it remains clean and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

• Clean Up After Use: Please clean up any spills or messes immediately, especially in the microwave and oven.
• Wipe Down Surfaces: Ensure countertops, stovetops, and other surfaces are wiped down after cooking.
• Wash Dishes: Wash any dishes, utensils, or cookware you use and return them to their proper places.

Thank you for helping us maintain a tidy and welcoming kitchen for all guests.

Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Follow local recycling guidelines if applicable. Trash pick-up is Thursday. All trash placed in the outdoor trash bin must be in bags. 

Parking is available anywhere in front of the house or along the circle drive. Please keep a clear path on Thursdays as our trash company will pick up from the house.  

Please be aware that our property has a sloped gravel driveway. While we have not had any issues with cars navigating the driveway, a 4-wheel drive might be preferred in certain situations. Here are some tips to help you navigate it safely:

• Drive Slowly and Carefully: Approach the driveway at a slow speed to maintain control.
• Use Low Gear: If your vehicle has a manual transmission, use a lower gear to help manage the incline.
• Winter Conditions: In case of snow or ice, the driveway may be slippery. We recommend parking at the top and walking down if conditions are severe.
